The RFU requires all overseas tours to comply with their permission to tour regulations as the extract below indicates

"When planning a tour, whether overseas or hosting a team from another country, clubs, teams, and schools (of any level or any age, male or female) need to obtain RFU approval, as per RFU Regulation 10"

The tour management team will complete all the required permission forms during the early part of 2015, once the finer details have been agreed and signed off.
